Our trip in the RV went well, and the RV worked as expected. I appreciated the simple pickup and drop off. AceRV was able to answer all my questions and were very helpful.
Vehicle was clean, well maintained, and drove great! The team at Ace was very communicative and there to answer any questions I had at any time. Would rent again!
I had an excellent experience collaborating with the owners and staff at this facility. The owners demonstrate professionalism, approachability, and empathy; it is evident that they genuinely value their employees. Their respectful treatment of all personnel extends to the customer experience as well. The staff are courteous, kind, helpful, and highly knowledgeable about the products. I would like to express my gratitude to the entire team in Shelby, Virginia.
