First time RV renter and Michael made the entire process simple. From the moment I scheduled through returning the RV, he was very communicative and very quick to respond. Mike was great to work with and made the whole rental experience easy and pleasurable from beginning to end. We really appreciated how easy it was to communicate with him throughout the entire process. We loved the RV; it was clean, well maintained and drove well.
