The van itself was fine, but please be aware of the mileage limit in the fine print. You only get 150 miles per day, and I ended up paying over $1,000 in additional charges because I traveled to Colorado and back. I specifically told Viktor in my rental request where I would be traveling, but he did not communicate the mileage limit to me. Because of that, I was caught off guard by the additional charge. I take responsibility for not reading the fine print carefully when booking the van, especially since my first van rental through Outdoorsy did not have a mileage limit. However, I feel this was something that should have been clearly communicated given that I disclosed my travel plans upfront. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will not be renting from Viktor or using Outdoorsy again.
We had a great time renting Viktor’s van! It was perfect for our trip. Super comfy, extra large bed and extra amenities were great.
